how long does delivery take?
2–7 working days, all over Egypt (weekends and holidays not included). Orders placed before 11 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery fees show at checkout.
is shipping ever free?
Yes. Orders of LE 4,000 or more ship free.
how can i pay?
Cash on delivery, or by card (Visa or Mastercard) at checkout.
can i return or exchange?
Yes, within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached. Sale items can't be returned or exchanged.
Your refund is the item price minus the shipping fee. If the mistake is ours (wrong or faulty item), nothing extra is deducted. Full details in our refund & exchange policy.
how do i request a return or exchange?
Fill in the Refund & Exchange Form in our menu, or email twoguys.care@gmail.com. Requests sent by DM can't be accepted.
my item arrived damaged. what now?
Tell us right away. You get a refund or exchange at no extra cost.
