Refund & Exchange Policy

Items purchased ON SALE are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange — NO EXCEPTIONS.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Submit your request through one of the following options only:
Requests sent via DM will not be accepted.

Important Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached
  • Requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order
  • The entire package must be either accepted or refused — partial acceptance is not allowed
  • If you refuse the package at delivery, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost only

Refund Amount — How It Works

Your refund will be the item price minus the shipping fee.

Example: If your item costs 500 and shipping is 100, you will receive a refund of 400.
The only exception is if the issue was caused by our mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.) — in that case, no extra charges are deducted beyond the original delivery fee.

Step-by-Step Refund Process

Step 1 — Submit your request Fill out the Refund & Exchange Form or send an email to twoguys.care@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Step 2 — Item collection A courier will be arranged to collect the item from you. The courier will collect the item only — no money will be exchanged at this point.
Step 3 — Inspection Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to confirm it is unused and in its original condition.
Step 4 — Refund transfer If approved, your refund will be transferred to you within 5–7 working days, with the shipping fee deducted from the total amount.

Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our website
  • Full payment is required to the courier upon delivery
  • If you experience an issue after paying, you may submit a refund or exchange request following the steps above

المنتجات المشتراة بسعر مخفّض (Sale) غير مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال — بدون استثناء.

كيفية تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

قدّم طلبك عبر إحدى الطريقتين التاليتين فقط:
  • تعبئة نموذج الاسترجاع والاستبدال (الرابط في البايو أو قائمة الموقع)
  • مراسلتنا على البريد الإلكتروني: twoguys.care@gmail.com
الطلبات المُرسَلة عبر الرسائل المباشرة (DM) لن تُقبل.

الشروط الأساسية

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بـحالته الأصلية، مع جميع البطاقات (Tags) مرفقة
  • يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 5 أيام من استلام الطلب
  • يجب قبول الطرد كاملاً أو رفضه كاملاً — القبول الجزئي غير مسموح
  • في حال رفض الطرد عند التسليم، يتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن فقط

مبلغ الاسترجاع — كيف يُحسب؟

يتم استرجاع سعر المنتج بعد خصم رسوم الشحن.

مثال: إذا كان سعر المنتج 500 ورسوم الشحن 100، سيتم استرجاع 400 فقط.
الاستثناء الوحيد هو إذا كان الخطأ من طرفنا (منتج خاطئ أو معيب) — في هذه الحالة لا يُخصم أي مبلغ إضافي سوى رسوم التوصيل الأصلية.

خطوات الاسترجاع

الخطوة 1 — تقديم الطلب قم بتعبئة نموذج الاسترجاع والاستبدال أو أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً على twoguys.care@gmail.com خلال 5 أيام من استلام طلبك.
الخطوة 2 — استلام المنتج سيتم إرسال مندوب لاستلام المنتج منك. المندوب يستلم المنتج فقط — لن يتم صرف أي مبلغ في هذه المرحلة.
الخطوة 3 — الفحص بعد استلام المنتج، سنقوم بفحصه للتأكد من أنه غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.
الخطوة 4 — تحويل المبلغ في حال الموافقة، سيتم تحويل مبلغ الاسترجاع خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل، بعد خصم رسوم الشحن من المبلغ الإجمالي.

الطلب والدفع

  • جميع الطلبات تتم عبر الموقع الإلكتروني فقط
  • الدفع الكامل مطلوب عند الاستلام للمندوب
  • في حال وجود أي مشكلة بعد الدفع، يمكنك تقديم طلب استرجاع أو استبدال باتباع الخطوات أعلاه

يرجى ملاحظة أن المنتجات التي عليها تخفيضات غير قابلة للاسترجاع.

twoguys maintains high-quality standards, but if you receive a defective item, you will be entitled to an immediate refund or exchange at no extra cost.

تحافظ twoguys على معايير عالية للجودة، ولكن إذا استلمت منتجاً تالفاً، يحق لك استرداد المبلغ أو استبدال المنتج فوراً بدون أي تكلفة إضافية.
